Prayer and Service for the Spread of Christ's Kingdom

Jesus is the center and source of all Daughters of the King activities. Rooted in prayer and study, every Daughters chapter serves the parish under the direction of the rector. A new sense of His Presence in their lives, new joy in serving, new strength in prayer, new interest in study, and a new trust in each other are some of the experiences Daughters share. Following a three-month training period, members commit themselves to serve in His Name "For His Sake." At Ascension, you will find Daughters participating in all the ministries of the church. Prayer requests from the congregation are sent to the Daughters through a prayer chain.

Our meetings are held on the second Saturday of each month at 10:00 a.m. in the church library, and all women of the parish and their friends are cordially invited to attend. For more information about the Daughters of the King at Ascension, email Wendy Willeford.
