February Parents' Night Out
Saturday, May 12
5 – 9 pm

Registration begins on Monday, April 30th in CHURCH OFFICE. Sign up in person by completing registration form and turning in money. No walk-ins will be admitted. Space is limited. Registration ENDS when group is full OR at 3pm on Friday, May 10th.

Option: If you cannot get to the church office during office hours (8:15am – 3:15pm), you may send your form/money in child’s backpack OR sign up in school office (7am – 6pm). If you use this option, you will receive a phone call to confirm spot or alert you to waiting list placement.

• Cost: $10 per child; $5 for each additional sibling – CASH ONLY!
• Ages: 6 months – 5th grade
• Location: Sign IN at Parish Hall
• Drop OFF times: 5 – 6PM
• Pick UP times: By 9pm
• What to bring: DINNER, drink, sleeping bag (if you want) – ALL LABELED (Babies and Toddler groups – diaper bags, diapers/wipes, extra clothes, food, drink, special instructions. Please LABEL all.)
• Late fee: After 9:05pm, $1 per minute late fee will be charged.
