Ascension Healing Ministry and the Order of St. Luke

Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven.  James 5:14 - 15

On Wednesday evenings at 5:30 pm, the healing team is available for prayers for healing in body, mind and spirit in the church. In a confidential setting, there is time to talk about that which needs to be prayed for and for prayer. Lay-lead, the group is composed of those who feel called to pray for healing and has been meeting since 2000. Everyone is welcome.

The International Order of St. Luke, the physician, is an ecumenical group of physicians, priests, other medical professionals and lay members who are involved in the healing ministry. A group which meets at 7:00 pm on Wednesdays is currently studying an introductory curriculum in order to form a chapter at Ascension.
