Schedule of Services

We are a liturgical church and we worship according to the Anglican Tradition using The Book of Common Prayer. From the beginning our tradition has acknowledged that various worship styles are acceptable. Our book of worship states that It is a most invaluable part of that blessed "liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, "that in his worship different forms and usages may without offence be allowed, provided the substance of the Faith be kept entire..." (The Book of Common Prayer, page 9).

On Sunday mornings we have two time periods for worship and they take this statement seriously. Therefore the worshiper will find different forms and usages at each of the Sunday morning services. Each service is focused on the Lord, our God, and designed to meet the spiritual needs of those who prefer the specific service they choose to attend.

Ascension provides the following services open to all:

Every Sunday Morning

• 8:00 AM - Holy Communion followed by breakfast
• 9:30 AM - Classes for all ages
• 10:30 AM - Holy Communion
